About this Event

*MASKS REQUIRED! Join us for advocating for a long term change within our school district in the way we educate, prevent and enforce accountability to issues regarding race and culture. We want this to be a safe space for students to share their experiences and stories, as well as express our need for a new diverse curriculum, staff representation, harsher consequences for discriminatory behavior, and much more. However, if you do not feel safe sharing your story in the presence of possible staff members and school officials, SUBMIT AN ANONYMOUS STUDENT STORY with this link:

Also, follow @musdstudentsunite and @twsrevolution for more updates. If you would like to help out in any way, such as making signs, providing water, cleaning up afterwards, please let us know via DM!

Where: Susana Park, Martinez CA

when: Saturday, August 15, 4-6 pm.

Who: Students past and present, parents, concerned citizens and school officials are encouraged to attend. Anyone is welcome! Please be respectful of student stories.
