10 am: Commence w/Group Leaders & Family Speakers

Freedom Bell Ceremony:

11:45am: Speaker of Freedom Bell

12pm: Ringing of Freedom Bells (1 sec for every incarcerated death due to covid) followed by moment of silence.

March/Car Caravan:

1pm: March/Car Caravan to VSP
