This panel discussion hosted by Photographic Center Northwest will take a local look at current events and the role and responsibility of photography to document and inform, accurately depict, and protect BIPOC protestors; as well as discuss rights and protections of photographers from law enforcement. Panelists include: Chloe Collyer, documentary photographer; David Ryder, independent photographer and filmmaker; Omari Salisbury, Chief Operations Officer at Converge Media; and Jake Gravbrot, freelancer and staff photographer Converge Media. The discussion will be co-moderated by Inye Wokoma, artist and of Wa Na Wari, and Terry Novak, Executive Director at PCNW.
